Lupa Foods Achieves Great Place to Work Certification™ for the Fourth Consecutive Year!
2 December 2025

We are delighted to announce that Lupa Foods has been recertified as a Great Place to Work Certified™ organisation for 2025 – 2026, our fourth year in a row achieving this recognition.

This certification is based entirely on confidential feedback from our employees, gathered through the Great Place to Work® survey. As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® uses a rigorous, data-driven methodology to evaluate employee experience and organisational culture.

And this year, the results speak for themselves.

90% of Lupa Foods employees say we are a great place to work compared with just 54% at a typical UK-based company.

This comparison highlights the strength of our culture and the commitment of our people across the business, from operations, technical, supply chain, commercial, quality, and support teams.

Our culture is built on collaboration, trust, and a shared passion for delivering high-quality, innovative food solutions. These values shape the way we work together every day.

A Message from Our CEO, Manish:

Being recertified as a Great Place to Work for the fourth year running is a fantastic achievement and one that belongs to everyone at Lupa. What makes me proudest is that this recognition comes directly from our colleagues’ honest feedback.

Our culture isn’t defined by slogans; it’s defined by how we support each other, solve problems, uphold our values, and keep pushing forward together. Thank you for everything you do to make Lupa a place where people can thrive.

We’ll now be using this feedback to elevate our workplace even further as we build our action plan for 2026.

Turning Insight Into Action

While we’re incredibly proud of this achievement, the certification is not the destination—it’s a benchmark.
Great Place to Work® provides detailed insights and employee comments that help us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue improving.

Over the coming weeks, we will be reviewing this feedback in depth and building our 2026 People & Culture Action Plan, focusing on:

  • Strengthening the areas colleagues value most

  • Enhancing opportunities for growth and development

  • Supporting wellbeing and engagement

  • Ensuring our values continue to guide every part of the business

We look forward to sharing more about these plans.
