December 2025 Holiday Schedule

As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to provide details of our operating hours throughout the period. The office will be providing comprehensive service up until Christmas Day itself, after which our operations will continue across the following hours:

25 – 26 December: Closed

29 – 31 December: 09h00 – 16h00

Closed 1 January, re-opening 2 January

Please also note that we are not open on weekends.

Stock lines

Orders received and confirmed by 16h00 on Monday 15 December will be delivered by Tuesday 23 December.

Orders placed after 15 December will be delivered from 2 January 2025 onward (if placed by 23 December).

Any orders placed after 23 December will be delivered from Monday 5 January 2026 onward.

Direct containers

All orders for direct containers for delivery during this period need to be placed by 7 November 2025. Orders received after this date will only be delivered from the middle of January 2026.

Bespoke lines will have different lead times and deadlines, this will be communicated on an individual base.
