DECEMBER OFFICE HOURS AND DELIVERIES

As the holiday season approaches we’d like to provide details of our operating hours throughout the period.

The office will be providing comprehensive service up until Christmas Day itself, after which our operations will continue across the following hours:

  • 27 December: 09h00 – 16h00
  • 28 December: 09h00 – 16h00
  • 29 December: 09h00 – 16h00
  • Closed 1 January, re-opening 2 January
  • Please also note that we are not open on weekends

Stock lines

  • Orders received and confirmed by 16h00 on Friday 15 December will be delivered by Friday 22 December.
  • Orders placed after 15 December will be delivered from 2 January 2023 onward (if placed by 22 December). Any orders placed after 22 December will be delivered from Monday 8 January 2023 onward.

Direct containers

  • All orders for direct containers for delivery during this period need to be placed by 10 November 2023. Orders received after this date will only be delivered from the middle of January 2024.

Bespoke lines will have different lead times and deadlines, this will be communicated on an individual base.
